Mercury Prize-nominated singer-songwriter Nadine Shah takes the stage at St George’s Hall for a one-night-only performance as part of Bradford 2025. Known for her raw lyrical honesty, magnetic voice and commanding presence, Shah is one of the UK’s most fiercely original musical talents.
Her latest album, Filthy Underneath, channels personal experiences of grief, addiction and recovery into a searing collection of songs that earned widespread critical acclaim. It marks a bold new chapter in a career defined by defiance, political insight and emotional depth.
Shah arrives in Bradford off the back of a landmark year – including arena tour dates with Depeche Mode and fronting The Pogues on their recent UK tour, stepping into the legendary Shane MacGowan’s role with style, soul and swagger.
Support comes from two rising stars of the northern music scene: Ellur and Claudia Fenoglio, whose own songwriting brings fresh energy to this unmissable night of powerful live music.
