Halifax’s historic venue, The Piece Hall, has been earning itself a reputation for the place to perform with a number of world-class musical acts over the last few years. And it’s set to host an incredible array of talent next summer for the TK Maxx presents Live at The Piece Hall 2025 series.
Already announced are a mix of chart-toppers, iconic bands, and rising stars, as the outdoor concert series promises to bring unforgettable live experiences to West Yorkshire.
Celebrated names
This year’s line-up sees some of the most celebrated names in music gracing the outdoor stage. From the global pop-rock sensations The Script to Scottish rock legends Simple Minds, the variety of acts is sure to cater to all music tastes. The Texas and Olly Murs performances add a touch of pop and soul to the series, while Rag’n’Bone Man and Dean Lewis promise powerful, emotional performances.
The Libertines, known for their chaotic yet captivating live shows, will bring their raucous energy to The Piece Hall after a hugely successful 2023. Indie fans will also be thrilled with two nights of James, whose catalogue of hits continues to strike a chord with audiences after decades in the game.
For fans of classic rock, Weezer will make their only UK appearance in West Yorkshire this summer, supported by punk bands Bad Nerves and Teen Mortgage. Elsewhere, electronic rockers Pendulum and the reggae legends UB40 featuring Ali Campbell will bring their own brand of energy and nostalgia to the venue.
The Saw Doctors, with their signature Irish rock sound, will team up with The Undertones for what promises to be a lively performance, while Khruangbin will bring their unique, psychedelic vibe to the stage in August.

Once again, there’s music for every taste – classic rock, reggae, indie, pop…and summer 2025 once again brings the very best in contemporary and legendary music to Halifax.
